end of kalbarri, monkey mia, coral bay and exmouth

the last day in kalbarri was spent walking aroung a loop in the amazing scenery, it took about 3 hours, but was really cool as the walk turned into rock climbing and other terrains! kalbarri was a great place for lookouts, the gorges were colourful and vast!

dead kangaroo

alive kangaroo

below is a pic of the compacted shells, block cutting area, the other pics are of more stromatolites, more impressive, and the shell beach(not as good as shellness of course on my island!!)

we made it to monkey mia just in time for the last feed of the day, was very touristic but it was nice to see the dolphins up so close!

we walked along the beach seeing the dark red sands and blue sea, plus a floating house!

a termite mound and some emu's viewed through dirty car window

coral bay, below, we snorkelled there , good coral and fish which was just off shore! very cool

exmouth lighthouse, good spot for seeing the hump back whales!

are camp site at exmouth with all our shite out of stans car as it broke down, we hired another to get about whilst it got fixed. it was bad news but good timing to happen as we planned to stay here for 5 days, to see all the coral along the nigaloo reef, and i did my advanced scuba diving course here!! it was well cool, i saw the biggest cod ive sen in my life, got to tickle it too! plus i see loads of turtles, stingrays, 2 sharks (only small) loads of colourful coral and thousands of different fish. it was a supurb place to dive. i took an underwater camera with me but it was only cheap so only have a few ok pics. as below!
